This name is a tribute to the beauty of the area. It was named after the daughter of one of the founders. Bellview is a beautiful neighborhood that offers an affordable suburban lifestyle. It is also home to an impressive array of cultural groups. Many Bellview residents are descendants of Welsh and Italian families.
