The Park

The Park is home to a variety of sports and activities for adults and children. There are baseball fields, tennis courts, playgrounds, and a 1 mile-walking track. The Aviation Discovery Park is located near the airport and features a miniature control tower and radio equipment to hear the sounds of the airport. It’s the only one of its kind in the city and is a must for any aviation fan. It also has a great play area and covered picnic areas. It’s a nice place to take a break and spend some time with your family.

The Maritime Park

The Maritime Park is a wonderful open-air park that’s perfect for picnicking, walking, and enjoying the waterfront. It features a walking path around the water, a green space that measures just under a football field, fitness equipment, and a playground for children of all ages to enjoy. It also is home to some of the city’s most popular outdoor events and festivals including Blues on the Bay, 5-2-1-0 Northwest Florida Day of Play, and Hill-Kelly Movies in the Park.

But the park’s future may be in jeopardy. Inspired Communities, which proposed to build a $110 million apartment and retail development on two key lots at the park, sent a letter Monday saying the project had become “financially infeasible” because of rising construction prices and other factors. More

The Centennial Rotary Playground

If you’re looking for a place to relax, play and exercise the Centennial Rotary Playground is an excellent choice. This beautiful park is a great space for families to spend time together and it has a variety of features including a walking trail, playground equipment, washrooms and a Pay It Forward pantry.

The playground is a Universal Access Playground which means that it meets the needs of children of all abilities. There are two structures with slides and multiple climbing, rocking, and other play elements.

It is located right on the banks of the Huron River. It also has a sandbox and is a fun place for kids to enjoy the water. The playground is a great place to spend a day and is a must-visit on your trip to Pensacola!

The Blue Wahoos

If you love baseball and enjoy watching it in a beautiful, high-quality stadium then the Pensacola Blue Wahoos are the place for you. They are a minor league team that plays at the Blue Wahoos Stadium and have been named one of the top Double-A ballparks in the country by Ballpark Digest.

The stadium is located right on Pensacola Bay and has one of the best views in Minor League Baseball. It also has a lotthe of great features, including the Coors Light Zone in the right field and the Winn-Dixie party deck in the left field.

The Wahoos also do a lot of unique promotions throughout the season, including themed nights and a number of giveaways between innings. Their creative service team puts a lot of effort into these events, and it's worth checking them out if you're in the area.

The Pensacola Museum of History

If you want to learn more about Pensacola's history, the Pensacola Museum of History is a great place to visit. This museum is located in the former City Hall and has a number of different exhibits that will give you a good look at the area's history.

The museum is part of a large complex that includes the Pensacola Historic Village, which features 28 historical properties that are interpreted through furnishings and artifacts. The Historic Village breathes life into Pensacola's 460 years of history.
